Hotel Roemer Amsterdam is located in an 18th century mansion that has been rebuilt into a stylish and comfortable 4-star hotel. The hotel's location is ideal: it is within 200 meters of the entertainment venues that surround the Leidseplein, and within 600 metres of three renowned museums at the Museumplein. For a nice stroll or picnic in the well-known public garden Vondelpark you will only need to walk to the street corner, and for those who enjoy shopping the famous shopping streets of the P.C. Hooftstraat and Van Baerlestraat are equally closeby. Also, since the nearby Leidseplein is one of the main connecting points for many tramlines, the city's public transportation system will ensure an excellent connection to the remaining parts of the city centre and the suburbs.

Besides the outstanding location, the excellent facilities of the hotel will be equally pleasing to the hotel guest. The rooms all have their own unique character and are decorated with beautiful carpets and fabrics with classical patterns. In the morning the hotel serves a breakfast for its hotel guests, between 07:00 and 10:30 h. on weekdays and from 07:30 to 11:00 h. during the weekend. For a more extensive meal there are many restaurants at the nearby Leidseplein.
